Cinematic Mime
Directed by Charles Gamble

First-year company members work in a theatrical style known variously as “Platform,” “Bande Mimée,” “Silent Storytelling,” or “Cinematic Mime.” The style requires a small cast to tell a story using only their bodies and voices, and all in a restricted space. The process of creating these pieces takes an enormous amount of patience, creativity, and collaboration that reveals itself in three nights of magic.
