King Oedipus, after saving the city of Thebes from a monstrous beast, now faces a greater challenge. Thebes is overcome by a plague that is leaving the citizens sick and dying. In order to rid the city of the illness, Oedipus must find the murderer of the former King. As the search for justice continues, truths are uncovered and pasts are laid bare, culminating in one of the most shocking endings in western theater.

This foundational play, one of the most important pieces of literature in western civilization, is beautifully performed by the 2021 Senior class.
