THE THEATRE LOVERS CLUB PRESENTS

We are delighted that Barbara Hatch will join us for an exploration of the joys and challenges that she and her students are taking on as they tackle theater in this new Pandemic environment.  The NMSA high school adds conservatory practice to a regular high school curriculum and focuses on developing the complete performer through exercises, improvisation, scene study, and performances.  As you can imagine, dealing with Covid restrictions has demanded intense creativity as teachers continue to help their students explore the theater arts.   

Barbara will give us a virtual tour of the facilities, share student videos and introduce some of these students as they share their preparation for the upcoming Spring Performance.   This peek into the preparation of the performers of tomorrow as they meet extraordinary challenges is bound to be inspirational.
