THE THEATRE LOVERS CLUB PRESENTS

What goes into putting on a play? A season? Who does what? What is the role of the Artistic Director? Dramaturg? Stage Manager? Set Designer? Who picks the plays and the actors? What does the Managing Director do? Please join us for an engaging look at how a theater production comes together — from page to stage. We will be hosting artistic and administrative staff from the New Mexico Actors Lab and the Santa Fe Playhouse, who are each presenting a full season of plays this year. As an added bonus, the program will include a brief preview of the shows each company has planned for 2022. We hope you’ll join us as we delve into the process of producing theater.
