Theatre Lovers Club invites you their second play readings event, where you can read new plays by and with Santa Fe playwrights. You’ll be cast in a new play along with other attendees, then do a read through (a table read) of a selected scene or complete short play. When finished, you’ll be able to give feedback directly to the playwrights. Not only is this good fun, it’s an opportunity to provide valuable input to the playwrights on the spot. If you’ve ever wanted to be part of “page to stage” this is the moment. No experience required. All are welcome.
This event is free. Refreshments will be served.
Getting there:
The school (New Mexico School for the Arts) has more than one address. Our event will be held in the building at 550 Montezuma. You will enter the building through the old "World Market" door. It is right across from the parking lot and "550" is marked in big numbers right next to the door.
