We have no idea what wonders lies hidden in the people around us.  

Based on her experience in the days following 9/11, Anne Nelson’s play, “the Guys,” is a poignant story of the power of human compassion, connection, and empathy. When a chance meeting occurs between a journalist and a New York City firefighter, each feeling lost in the aftermath of the attacks, together they discover the unique gift they each have to offer in the wake of the tragedy. Filled with moments of warmth and humanity, as well as touching humor, “The Guys” is an uplifting, life-affirming journey, and a reminder that “we have no idea what wonders lies hidden in the people around us.

Tickets are a $20 suggested donation. All proceeds will go to Gerard’s House, a local non-profit grief support center for children, adults and families.
