Blue Raven Theatre is holding its annual Fearless Female Voices festival of new works in honour of International Women's Day on Sunday, March 9, 2025.

• Submissions are now open until January 17.

• Scripts must be no longer than 10 minutes.

• Writers will prepare their own casts for staged readings

• Writers must either be female-identifying and write on any theme with any characters OR have a strong female character as the lead in the script

• No entrance fee required, no compensation paid to writers

• The festival will be a fundraiser for the Afghan woman and her family that Blue Raven is sponsoring as refugees.

• Qualified plays will be selected by lottery. A total of 10 plays will be programed.
