THEATERWORK presents An Almost Holy Picture, Heather McDonald’s Pulitzer Prize-nominated play.

In this deeply moving, quirky, often funny and profane story, a lapsed minister discovers that neither love nor a whimsical God assure him a rewarding life, particularly in his relationship with his precocious but challenged nine-year-old daughter.

This richly textured one-character play ranges over a broad landscape of people and places, including the Hopi of New Mexico. It features THEATERWORK veteran Dan Friedman, who has been involved with THEATERWORK since 1997.
