A reading of Robert Schennkan’s
The Investigation, based on the Mueller Report

New Mexico Actors Lab will present The Investigation: A Search for the Truth in Ten Acts by Robert Schennkan. The play is comprised almost entirely of excerpts from Mueller’s Investigation into Russian Interference in the 2016 Election.

“We offer this important event as a non-partisan public service,” Co-Artistic Director, Robert Benedetti said. “Schennkan has carefully encapsulated the ten instances of possibly illegal conduct reported by Mueller’s investigation, and audiences will have a chance to consider the evidence for themselves.” 

The play was read recently in New York, Los Angeles, and elsewhere to great acclaim. The Santa Fe reading is done with the special permission of the author. It will be directed by NMAL Co-Artistic Director, Nicholas Ballas; eleven actors will play multiple roles. The piece runs 75 minutes without intermission.
