Upstart Crows of Santa Fe presents

Youth Shakespeare Festival Santa Fe 2023

The fifth annual Youth Shakespeare Festival features scenes from Julius Caesar performed by students from Academy of Technology and the Classics, Eldorado Community School, Mandela International School, Santa Fe High, Santa Fe Indian School, St. Michaels, Wood Gormley, and The Masters Program. They’ve been brushing up their Shakespeare since the start of the school year doing close-reads of each scene, discussing the text and exploring staging based on their discoveries. Participation has been so good that nearly the entire play will be presented.
