La Tierra y las palabras: Three Poets Approach the American West

Three poets— Aaron Rudolph of New Mexico, Ken Hada of Oklahoma, and Alex Z. Salinas of Texas— present a poetry reading entitled La Tierra y las palabras: Three Poets Approach the American West.

Aaron’s books include Sacred Things (Bridge Burner’s, 2002) and The Sombrero Galaxy (Strawberry Hedgehog, 2017). He runs Cuento Magazine, a micro writing journal on Twitter since 2010. Hada’s books include Come Before Winter (Turning Plow Press 2023), and Contour Feathers (Turning Plow Press, 2021). He ran Scissortail Creative Writing Festival for many years. Salinas' poetry collections Hispanic Sonnets and Trash Poems are forthcoming in 2023.
